The latest victims of the recession are cosmetic surgeons who report surgeries taking place have halved across the UK, the same has been said by cosmetic surgeons in America with many having to look for work in Dubai.

Anthony Erian a cosmetic surgeon for 29 years has a practice in Harley Street, London and was also chief surgeon at The Cambridge Private Hospital in Cambridge until it was forced to close in December.

Clinics that offer only plastic surgery will be the hardest hit while places that also take on NHS patients may be able to survive this difficult time. 

With many places competing with each other for business if you have the money then now is the time for that body makeover!
